We stopped in for a nice dinner on our drive home from a vacation. The food was great and super fresh. Fries were nice and crispy, burger was flavorful, and beef fajitas were tender and tacos were good and well plated. The charro beans are authentic and taste homemade. Restaurant is quiet , no music playing or anything but there is a tv playing on the wall. The kid portions are generous, my daughter children’s burger was the same size as a regular burger you get at a fast food place. There’s a cute little pond in front with some beautiful koi fish that my kids loved. The only complaint I could give is service isn’t over the top but they were friendly, checked in, gave us any extras requested, and all six of our orders were correct.

First of all, we had the sweetest and most attentive server named Jessica. She was an absolute joy and she gave some wonderful suggestions on her favorite dishes and she was absolutely on point! Everything we ordered we really enjoyed. They started us out with some complimentary chips and salsa (really good salsa!) My boyfriend got the 3 enchilada plate with rice and beans, I got the shredded chicken quesadilla with the salad and the pico (their pico is delicious!) and we got the churros to go which were fantastic! Overall it was an affordable and filling meal that we were impressed with, we can’t wait to go back while we are visiting!

I like visiting here every now and again. Yes, it is the only place in town that you "feel" like your dinning out. As far as waiting, everything is cooked to order. You need to decide if you want to wait for good food. If not, there is a Sonic do2n the street Having said that, the chefs BELIEVE in the jalopina pepper fairy, I don't care for them. I was served a pico that was 80% pepper. That's not pico, it's an excuse to have a bowl of jalopina. I do the same with horse radish or wasabi. So I can't critisize too much. Just watch the pepper level and your golden.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is both clean and inviting. The waitress was friendly and was prompt at getting our drinks and chips and salsa. Our order consisted of the crispy taco dinner and the deluxe fajitas. We also ordered a bowl of cheese queso and two iced teas. The total bill was ~$46 plus tip.

The salsa tasted like they poured it from a jar, the chips were ok, the cheese queso tasted like the stuff that comes from a gallon can. The last time i was served this kind of cheese was at a Junior High basketball game. Both dinners came with refried beans and rice, I’m fairly certain the tasteless refried beans were from a can and I decided not to even try the rice.

The crispy tacos looked good, but looks were deceiving. The beef taco meat was absolutely disgusting, I’ll eat anything especially if I’m having to pay for it, but all I could get down was one taco. The fajita meat was very flavorful and with the pico de gallo it was a pretty good fajita.

I sent the cheese queso back but was charged anyway because I had tasted the cheese. I choose not to argue…but next time I’ll pay more attention to the reviews, and there were lots of reviews about the taste or lack of taste of the food. Afterwards we drove down the street and had a very tasty hot fudge sundae from DQ.

Next time I’ll have tacos from DQ for a whole...

Ok... first and last time here. The service was slow. She was young and it didn't seem like she'd been a waitress for very long. I asked for jalapenos with nachos... they weren't brought to the table until we were finished. We ordered fajitas to go, it took a good 40 minutes to cook the fajitas! Two of the waitresses were standing at a prep table eating... then would turn to work on food or take out plates... and go back to eating. They never washed their hands between eating and handling people's plates/food! We finally decided to pay and forget the fajitas... There was a sign stating that you'd receive a discount if you paid cash. When we weren't given one, I asked about it. The waitress said the sign had always been there but it had never been explained to the staff... so no one had gotten it... I asked for the managers name and number and was told that the cooks owned the business... In one word, it was a horrible and I don't want to...

First of all I usually don’t do this but had to share this great experience !! We were at a softball game and walked in with a table of 13. The waitress told us in advance she was the only one working waiting tables. I told her she was fixing to get very busy. She had a great attitude and served us VERY well considering how busy it got. She was very honest with everyone letting them know she was the only one. She took her time and made sure it was done right the first time. As far as the food. Every person at our table ordered something different. I thought oh no this is going to be a disaster. Nope. All of our food came out hot, fresh and great. Everyone loved what they had ordered. I was shocked. My hats off to them. If you want a good meal take your time and...
