Fortezza at Flying Horse — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

The food was not great. I had the BLT, knowing that it was made with pork belly. There were 2 small tomatoes and a little lettuce for 2 marble rye pieces of bread., plus, they tell you in little words.... (we are used to those words saying that uncooked or less than cooked meat can make you sick.), that they will add a 25% service fee for your meal. I like my friend, didn't see that note, and tipped above that. No meal like that is worth that cost. No wonder no one was in the restaurant. Who ever made that decision should rethink their actions.
