I’m so glad Sourdough & Co. opened in the Flying Horse area—this place is a gem! The sandwiches are absolutely delicious with that signature fresh-baked sourdough that’s warm, soft inside, and perfectly crusty on the outside. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients in every bite.
The shop itself is clean, welcoming, and has a modern yet cozy vibe. The staff were friendly, efficient, and seemed genuinely excited to serve. I tried the turkey avocado sandwich and a cup of their broccoli cheddar soup—both were amazing!

The bread was clearly fresh made. The amount of meat, cheese, and toppings was beyond generous. I got the 6" and my husband got the 8" and both were enough left over so we have meals for tonight too. His brisket sandwich was super dry and did not have the green chilie slaw on it like it was supposed to. The clam chowder soup comes out if a bag. Yuck!! My French dip soup was just.....okay.
