Decided to give this new Taco Bell a chance despite the abysmal service we've had at 4 other locations. This one is a smaller store, and we were the only customers inside, there were exactly two cars outside going through the drive through. We ordered menu items, nothing special or fancy except no lettuce on the taco that came with the combo meal, but yet again, another Taco Bell managed to get it wrong. An employee brought our order out to the counter, slide the bag across it and turned around without a word and disappeared to the back (no employees were at the cash registers the entire time). Given my many unfortunate experiences with other Taco Bells, I checked the order before I left - and sure enough, it was incorrect, plus the beverage cup hadn't been included. Given the employees were all hiding in the back, I had to shout back there that the order was wrong . . . 5 minutes later someone finally decided to come fix it. They took back the incorrect item, fixed it, slide (again) a cup across the counter at me and without a word of apology or even making sure we were taken care off, the employee rushed back to the back of the restaurant again. Let me stress, it was absolutely dead there, so they were not in a rush, they were just rude. The order was not only incorrect, but the replacement taco they brought out had a soggy bottom. Poor/non-existant customer service is the norm for this entire chain, as-is soggy tacos (they can't even get their namesake right?) and expect any order you place with a Taco Bell to be wrong. I'm done with this chain, I will not ever trust nor visit another Taco Bell again so...
Read moreI am HIGHLY concerned about the current staff here! My children and I came in today after school to grab Taco Bell. We used the self serve kiosk inside. We ordered our normal order and we usually spend roughly 40$ but today the kiosk was 51$ .. as I said out loud to my daughter - wow that’s more than usual.. but I got out my debit card to pay - I heard the staff member say - WELL YOU CAN LEAVE THEN… I was very confused, my children looked at each other in disbelief. I looked back at the employee in the back- she was alone so maybe she didn’t want to make an order for 4? .. and I said to my kids - did she say to leave? And the employee said - yeah just leave GOOD goodbye … I was going to purchase the food but after that - we had a bad feeling….. this wasn’t normal behavior and I didn’t trust her serving us anymore…… it wasn’t crowded only one man was inside eating and no one in drive thru.. we were just looking to treat ourselves because we don’t have Taco Bell often. it’s sad that we were bullied out like this for - nothing??? … and this establishment is brand new ..… PS- I am highly concerned because as I am writing this I noticed some negative reviews especially the “no tomato” review.. and the cheese on the side of the burrito picture. Read moreI go here a couple times a month as it’s pretty close to where I live. More often than not, they forget something or mess up part of my order. I usually request that it gets fixed and when they do I go on my way.
Today I got a grilled cheese burrito which is normally grilled on both sides and has melted cheese on the outside. Today the burrito i got was wrapped in a tortilla cold to the touch with no cheese, and I didn’t realize till I got home. I went back and requested it get fixed as this burrito is almost $6.
They fixed it and I respectfully said every time I come to this store something is messed up. Another employee on break called out to me and said people make mistakes. I told him I get it but it’s nearly every single time and that it’s simple attention to detail. He said that when you make modifications to an order that mistakes happen. I didn’t even make any modifications they just didn’t make it correctly. He then said there’s plenty of other Taco Bell’s I can go to if they always make mistakes.
I understand people make mistakes in fast paced environments but it’s no solution to tell me to go somewhere else. We called back later and requested the corporate number and the employee that answered gave us a fake local number and said that corporate is closed till Monday. (This happened...
