we got there at 3pm, only three tables were occupied put the host did not give us a table and she mentioned that they are all reserved for 4pm, we asked if we could get something quick and the rude MANAGER named Edith came out and she made sure we can't get a table. so we ordered togo at the bar and ate across the hallway. During this time (for about an hour) I watched at lease 10 families of four come by and she turned them all around, All tables stayed empty and bunch of people were upset because she would not give them a table. Read moreWhat a beautiful place. You'll have to take the Eagle Bahn Gondola to get up here. I know many finds it pricy but it is worthwhile to experience the atmosphere. Food was delicious and maybe portions are a little on the smaller side but I still think we do pay for the experiende of it. Service was also good.

The gondola tickets are worthwhile for the whole day before 5pm. So you can go up and down as many times as you want.
It snowed in the middle of June 2019 so we got to...
