Dunkin' — Restaurant in Colorado

If I could give them a negative star for the atmosphere and service, I would these women sound miserable when they take your order. They look miserable when you get to the window. I hate going through here idk why today I went. Quicker. Alexxa you need to learn to smile and maybe take on customer service skills because you refuse to reach to get my card. You refuse to reach to give me back my card and you refuse to reach to give me my drink when I reach as far as I could your lack of care or anything, it seems like it is gone. I don’t know. I really think Dunkin needs to get in and do quality control because this location is horrible. Customer service and feels like a negative atmosphere. Absolutely terrible to the point where they ruined my morning. It is a disgrace that the workers do not respect their customers. I expect good service especially working on base. Also, I asked for a cold crew coffee and it tasted like water because it was full of ice and didn’t even have the color of a normal coffee brew. I then asked for a different one with less ice and they gave me an iced “coffee” that was basically milk and sugar. This Dunkin’ Donuts is the worst one and a waste of time, money, and space!! At least the other one on Ellis street actually knows how to make coffee. Everytime I head to work which is down the same street, I try not to look at Dunkin’ Donuts because it truly would put me in a bad mood for that brief...

I went to this Dunkin’ at exactly 11:30 AM during my lunch break. I was the only car in the drive-thru. A female employee told me, “I’ll be right with you,” but I waited 20 minutes and no one ever came back. I had to leave and return to work without even getting anything. This isn’t the first time, another time I arrived around 12:50 PM, they told me to wait, then came back at 1 PM just to say they were closed. This location is on a military base, and it’s really disappointing how little they accommodate service members and their families. If the staff doesn’t want to work, give others the opportunity. If they don’t want to serve during certain hours, just update the hours....
