Also, I asked for a cold crew coffee and it tasted like water because it was full of ice and didnāt even have the color of a normal coffee brew. I then asked for a different one with less ice and they gave me an iced ācoffeeā that was basically milk and sugar. This Dunkinā Donuts is the worst one and a waste of time, money, and space!! At least the other one on Ellis street actually knows how to make coffee. Everytime I head to work which is down the same street, I try not to look at Dunkinā Donuts because it truly would put me in a bad mood for that brief...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went to this Dunkinā at exactly 11:30 AM during my lunch break. I was the only car in the drive-thru. A female employee told me, āIāll be right with you,ā but I waited 20 minutes and no one ever came back. I had to leave and return to work without even getting anything. This isnāt the first time, another time I arrived around 12:50 PM, they told me to wait, then came back at 1 PM just to say they were closed. This location is on a military base, and itās really disappointing how little they accommodate service members and their families. If the staff doesnāt want to work, give others the opportunity. If they donāt want to serve during certain hours, just update the hours....
