My girlfriend and I had a wonderful and romantic experience with the Sleigh Ride dinner at Haymaker and would highly recommend! We had wonderful service from the moment we walked in and were greeted by the general manager and seated to our table in front of large windows where we watched the sleigh pull up while having warm delicious cocktails. The sleigh is driven by a local and his two personal horses in a handmade sleigh, it came with warm blankets, beautiful views under the Moonlight, and great stories about Steamboat while we were whisked through the snow. Other reviewers said the food was not worth the price, but that was NOT our experience. Excellent 5 star four course dinner - the gnocchi with 48hr braised pork was to die for! The service was top notch to match! This was an experice we'll remember!!

We did the prefixed dinner with horse pulled sleigh ride. The ride at sunset was beautiful. Chilly but beautiful. We sipped on adult bevs and were given heavy duty blankets that kept us snugged and warm. The horses names were Bula and Bella ♡♡ Dinner was a charcuterie, choice of soup or salad, choice of salmon, beef, pork or a gnocchi dish. Dessert was the same for all. Food overall was very good and the overall evening was great. A little pricey but we really enjoyed it and I recommend!

The sleigh ride staff and wait staff inside were friendly and did amazing, the sleigh ride wasn't so great that I'd do it again. The dinner afterwards was a let down. The bread was so hard it hurt my teeth to eat it. The main course was atrocious. Meat was overcooked, veggies were undercooked. Meat was SMOTHERED in sauce. If you cooked the steak right you wouldnt need a soup ontop. And they cut the red potatoes into the shape of a mushroom... that's not fine dining that's just stupid. I would have rather had the whole potato? The dessert was a pre-made refrigerated piece of cake with hershey's syrup over it. Why I paid $125 a person is still a mystery because I can make better at home for half that or less for better food. Big disappointment.

I mean really?!? This food cost $60 per child and $150 per adult 😂 and a sleigh ride in the dark under the stars 🤦🏼♀️ Total check for 2 kids and 2 adults over $500! I wish someone would write “Do Not Go!” So we wouldn’t waste our money and what’s more importantly TIME!!! Was food at least good? Well, that’s what they cook for snowbird special in Florida, just cost right about $10 per person, might look just little less pretty… And to all of that, why would they even offer reservations for sleight ride in the dark??? Insane!!!!

We had a wonderful time here! The sleigh ride was fun, thanks to our drivers (sorry, their names are evading me)! The service we received upon entry to exit was nothing short of spectacular. The food was great! I'm sure we will do it again someday.
