JJ’s Pizza is an absolute gem! I stopped by recently and was blown away by the experience—this place has everything you want in a great pizza joint.

We started with the mozzarella sticks, which were perfectly crispy on the outside and melty on the inside—exactly how they should be. Then came the Hawaiian pizza, and wow, it was delicious! The crust was perfectly baked, with that ideal balance of crispy and chewy, and the cheese was top-notch. You can tell they use quality ingredients, and the flavors came together beautifully.

One of the coolest things about JJ’s is their authentic Italian influence—I was told that a lot of what they use, from the oven to the recipes, actually comes straight from Italy! It’s no wonder everything tastes so fresh and traditional.

The atmosphere was lively, packed with people of all ages, which added to the welcoming vibe. It’s clear that JJ’s is a local favorite, and now I see why. Lauren ordered a white wine, and we were impressed with the generous pour—a nice touch that added to the overall great experience.

Have you ever heard rumors of some legendary location attached to or stuffed in the back of a gas station. This is definitely one of those spots. All the locals whisper “Have you tried JJ’s Pizza? It’s from a gas station but I heard it’s the best in town.” Absolute locals only hidden gem.

Let me tell you this is hands down the best pizza in Fort Collins by a long shot. The only thing that even comes close is Pizza Casbah on their absolute best day. In fact this is the best pizza I’ve ever had… ever. To be clear I’ve never been to the Northeast to try New York, New Haven, or Sicilian style pizza. I’ve also never been to Italy to try Neapolitan pizza from the source. But this pizza is top notch for my humble Midwest pallet. High quality tomatoes, authentic cheese, and perfectly chewy crispy crust all cooked in an imported Italian brick pizza oven.

I’d also like to squash the bad reviews. This is Neapolitan style pizza. The beauty is in the simplicity. If you think Pizza Hut is anything more than just a heavy guilty pleasure, this isn’t the pizza for you. Lastly, of course DoorDash sucks. Finally, have you tried being a good...

Service was terrible, unfriendly and unwelcoming, pizza was only ok. We asked to sit outside. We were told we could only sit on the patio not the tables on the grass. Tables on the patio were not spaced comfortably apart. Our table was not cleaned off, and stood waiting until it could be wiped off after we had to ask for it to be cleaned. We did not get any water, even after asking for it, had to ask for silverware and wait on plates. We also were not checked on once. When our pager went off to get our food, it was just sitting out, letting us to guess it was ours. She said she was they only one helping, but after others left their tables, she barely cleaned surfaces, but definitely not the arms on chairs, etc. No precautions like we have seen in other establishments, concerned about things like pagers not being cleaned off? Especially right now, this is definitely not worth the risk. We were here another time, same kind of service, thought it was a fluke and thought we would give another try, service like that, and risks, we...
