Prices are high for this area. Decided to try the X-nachos and a large coke. My total was 11.81$. The Soda was flat so the lady offered me a can of soda. I didn't want to waste time trying to get them to refund my card so I accepted. Once I got home and my kid went to try the nachos, I noticed how little there was in the box. Thinking it was a mistake, I called them right away and explained that there wasn't even enough meat on the nachos to make 1 soft taco. I was told that since i didnt want any pico de gallo on my order, it appears small. I told the lady that did not make any sence at all. This is an 8$ order of nachos and it has maybe 2 tablespoons of meat. She said that is how they come and she couldn't do anything for me. She asked if I wanted to bring them back I could get a refund, but only if I had not eaten any. I told them I would just leave a review about my experience and she hung up on me. How...

This place used to be my breakfast spot. Their breakfast burritos and menudo were my to go choice. As of the past year they began to increase their prices such as other locations are doing as well. I was craving menudo so I decided to place a phone order for 2 and I would pick up. When arrived the girl asked me if i would pay cash or card and I said card. She takes my card and just before swiping she tells me my total after. To my surprised she charged me EXTRA for requesting Pata on the side. Never mentioned it being an extra fee ir having to pay extra. On top of that they raised their price again from $12 to $14 and now Menudo is $16 plus $2 for pata which i dont even like so I had her put it to the side. All she had to say was “SoRry”. The food is good, I can't say it isn't. But the service is horrible. I waited almost 20 minutes just to order, then an additional 40 for my food and when I went to ask if it was ready, the waitress said it was and it wasn't. I sat down a few minutes longer and then just gave up because more than 1 hr wait is not logical for food, especially when someone says it's ready and it isn't. In fact when I got up to leave and pay for my drinks, my food still wasn't even in the process of being made.
