Country Fare Restaurant — Restaurant in Columbia Township

If you like good food, friendly service, and a clean environment, then AVOID this place. We walked in and sat ourselves, then had to get up and get our own menus. 10 minutes later our waitress came to take our order. We were a table of four and I told the waitress she could bring the biscuits and gravy first. She let us know there were a lot of orders a head of ours and that nothing was coming out first. Ok, no biggie, just thought that request might actually help them out. After waiting 20 minutes and seeing three tables who arrived after us get their food my wife got up and went to ask the waitress where our food was. She said she wasn’t sure, but then that our ticket never printed out. After tasting the water, leaving without eating was probably for the best. To everyone at the table, the water tasted like it came straight from the toilet. I hope I saved you the time and hassle I wish an honest review would have saved me before experiencing Country...

Let me start with the great food was awesome but for a first timer felt completely ignored no hi never asked me if I needed extra napkins or hot sauce like her regulars by the Time she came and asked how everything was I was almost done with food stopped here because heard food was great but only ones friendly were the cooks the girl cook was the only one that called me sir and made me feel more welcome she wawearing cool black gloves to cook I think I got ignored since I look different than all the regulars that come in that’s why service was a generous 2 stars because of the friendly girl cook so...

Does not make sense…… I ordered a wrap which came with soup or chili….I asked if I could get a small side salad in its place…..she said yes with an upcharge…. figured a dollar or two upcharge….we were not told how much…..….Just my husband wanted me to have the salad because he knows I like them! So I was brought the vegetable wrap and small salad…no soup or chili which the wrap automatically came with….. After we got in the car he told me the price!!!!! $9.95 for wrap and was charged $5.00 for a small side salad!!!! And then a cup of coffee and for me alone my husband told me it cost around $17!!!!!!...
