Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Columbia

My first two visits to this location we’re flawless and amazing. Great product. Great taste. Everything was fresh and the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, on this last visit this evening I was not so pleased. The item I ordered was prepared by a few staff members that I guess we’re not trained on the item that I wanted. Came out completely wrong but I was told that I could not have a refund. The manager was there but instead of coming to address me as a customer so that we can navigate through the situation she told them to tell me I could not have a refund that they can remake the item and then she left for the evening.Even after the remake I ended up getting a snowmobile instead of the island cooler that I ordered that is supposed to contain real fruit. I don't mind paying a $1 for card purchases...i appreciate the option.......that was then. Now..just left there and had to cancel my order. Was waiting a while and people who ordered after me were getting served. I was polite and walked over to see if they forgot me. The girl just rudely said I just made his ahead of you then gave me a real nasty look and slammed the window. The guy looked at me and said " that's just how they operate".
