McAlister's Deli — Restaurant in Columbia

First off the app does not work. Keeps telling you to update hiw you want to get your order(pick-up/delivery). I placed order online via actual website. I choose to pick-up at 11:15 am. I changed my time to 11:15 two or three times. I arrive to pick-up and my order and check-in. I go inside becauseyou the drive thru is too long and I had to get back to work. When I get in and give them my name, my order isn't even on the screen as being prepared. I look back at my order and the pick-up time was 11:45. I notified them of the mistake and the girl just says, oh well it's probably not gonna come out until 11:45. I ask them if there was anyway they could go ahead and start it as I was in a time crunch. I was basically ignored, didn't even get a response. I waited over 30 mins for my order. I was almost late even getting back to work. The food was not good. Sandwich was on the wrong bread type, lettuce was in pile in the middle of the sandwich instead of layered out over sandwich, potatoe was hard and burnt. Couldn't get the feeling off without losing 1/2 and inch or more of hard over...

Spent 27 dollars on a baked potato and a sandwich.. the potato barley had cheese and bacon bits to say the least completely dry, no butter sour cream nothing.. sandwich was pulled pork barbque. The bread was ok, tho it was overloaded with cheese, barley any pulled pork and barbque sauce.. I must admit I expected different results.. but its just like the rest of the fast food...

This was supposed to be a Smokey Pepper Jack Turkey. I had to pay extra for cheddar instead of pepper check. Probably less than a slice of turkey and it was also supposed to have bacon?? Sad excuse for a...
