The Fish Line — Restaurant in Columbia

Stopped here for lunch while I was in town. This place is a true definition of a hole in the wall. The building looks sketchy and the inside rundown but let me tell you about this food because sometimes hole in the walls have the best food. The catfish fillets are seasoned well and fried to perfection. The shrimp was plump and juicy. Service was friendly with a smile. There is no place to really eat here so expect to order your food and take it elsewhere to eat. I don't live in Columbia SC but next time I am down for a visit I will definitely...

Didnt care for this place at all. Grew up passing this place for years. It was recommended by a coworker so I stopped in. The bream was not like any other I've tasted. I did not like it. The basket came with fries. I could count the fries lmao they layed them out on the bottom of the container as if it was a napkin to catch the fish grease I'd say about 15 fries...3 pretty big bream biggest I've seen. I heard about this restaurant from a friend. My husband and I wanted fried fish so we went on a Saturday to give them a try.
