Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Columbus

Paid for a 16 piece family.meal, only got 12 pieces, manager was right there said my order was ready. Only got 4 biscuits when I should have gotten 8. I ordered 3 sides plus small coleslaw and a half gal . Was told I had to wait 20 minutes for white, meat, non spicy available. Also there was no unsweetened tea, or Mac and cheese , online app didn't specify order was not in stock. Bottom line, I paid $58, for only 12 pieces, Not 16. Some money should be replaced or I will contact my bank. A family of 7 is unhappy tonight, 😭🤦🏼‍♀️ 02-26-2024 Update: Churches Texas Chicken update, after first review, Manager and Miss Lakisha; Corporate office. Turned a negative outcome of my last visit onto a positive one. That meant a lot to an already hectic day for me. They gave me the four pieces of chicken that was missing from my previous order of 16 piece family meal, and a large drink Also the amazing customer service was far more memorable than the last. 01/24/2022 Has gone downhill over the years, definitely not the same. Terminate the entire crew starting from the top. They are unprofessional, functionally illiterate & incompetent. Food majority of the time is stale & cold. DO NOT tirade customers about their order, it's THEIR MONEY! Enter order EXACTLY as requested. Make sure their order is sufficiently fulfilled. IT'S SIMPLE! When you screw up an order and the customer brings it to your attention, There's NO reason to have a bad attitude nor be combative about it. Promptly & Politely rectify the issue. IT'S SIMPLE! Folks work hard for their money. The worst customer service ever went thur the drive thur to order I was told at 9:25pm that it will be a 3min wait on drums ok I was fine with that only to be sitting there for the longest to find out there was no chicken being cooked go on the inside to speak with the manager for her to tell me they forgot about my order and tried to offer me brest but they had 2 family boxes of chicken packed up I guess to take home so I ask about the chicken they had packed up and the manager said it was spicy chicken so I said I'll take some of the spicy and it was so old and dried out I couldn't even eat it thats just a real Mess but the store didn't close until ten so why would you tell me 3min and you know good in well you wasn't cooking any glad I got out to see why was the wait so long SMH...
