Back on 4/14 I had ordered a repeat order of some ideas items I ordered before on the app. It gave me a estimated time when it was going to be here. It finally came. I finally got my order almost a hour later. I understand about short handed. I brought my order inside. A pizza and a very small bag. In my order I had ordered a side Italian side salad. I thought it was in the bag. I opened the bag and the 3 subs I ordered were in there but no salad. The boxes to the subs were crushed. I tried calling the store 3 times. After waiting 10 minutes to speak to someone the line would disconnect. There have been other times I have tried calling and that same thing has happened. I have filled out on the site and no response back.
Part 2 on 4/29/2022. I ordered off the app. Doordash delivered it. The 2 sets boneless wings I ordered were missing. I called the store and person I spoke said they had included the wings with the order, that it was the Doordash drivers fault they took parts of order. I asked if they could remake the item. She told me yes but I would have to come down there and get it. At this moment in time I don't have a vehicle. I told her that twice. I called Doordash and told them of .y situation. She was trying to find a solution to my problem. She tried calling them once and she was on hold forever. She tried calling the help desk but they are closed. She did try calling the store again. She said some there wanted for speak to me. She went to transfer them over they hung up. She got a hold of them again and connected us. They said they were going to refund the order. They asked if I still wanted the wings. I said yes they said it would take a hour. I asked to speak to a manager. I told him what I was told earlier about having to come down there if they were going to be remade. He didn't agree with that and apologized. He reminded once again it was going to be a hour for the wings. It wasn't a hour heard knocking on the door. Went down to get my order. I was handed the order. I was expecting wings. I take the boxes out of the bag and they were subs not wings. I go upstairs grab my phone call them again. I get the same woman I spoke to earlier. I asked for a manager she said he was busy , tell her that she can try to fix it. Well everything i tried to say something she interrupting me. Finally got my word in and spoke to the manager again. He sent the same driver out with our correct order. Customer service really needs to taught...
Read morePoor, poor service, I ordered (from home) two large pizzas for pick up. I paid for them at the window. The young man (Brian or Shawn) said that the machines were down and they were 4 minutes behind. He apologized for my pizza not being done and said that he would hold on to my receipt and gave me a free 20 soda. I then pulled out of the drive through window line only to get behind three other cars because i knew by the time they waited on the cars it would be well over 4 mints. after seeing that the same car that pulled up to the window was sitting there for almost 4 mintues and the car behind it was at the window for the same time, i decided to go to the walk in or front door. an employee said as i was getting out of the that they were closed. I explained to him that they young man who took my order said 4 mints. but..he then spoke up and said are you ms. williams, i said yes and he said i just finished cooking your pizzas hold on. i got back into my car and saw that he was bringing my pizzas out but before then he turned around and came out with a driver to deliver some pizzas. at first i said to myself, I thought maybe that wasnt the same guy. I waited and finally realized that that was him and he just left not saying anything. I pulled back in line behind two other cars. I asked the young man who waited on me what was going on. By now I a m a little upset because I have kids at home waiting for me to bring this pizza back home. Neither the manager or the young man who waited on me could explain what the heck was going on. I gave the free pop back because it was like a insult. Donatos pizza is delicious but the service on thurman ave is getting worst. Read moreI order from this location regularly... Long story short, they obviously don't have enough drivers right now. My food is ALWAYS HOT AND DELICIOUS but lately the wait is 1-2hrs for delivery... So as long as you order waaayyy before you really plan to eat then it's not really a problem. I had my first "bad" (out of the 50xs I've ordered) experience last night because my order wasn't completely delivered but my driver went and brought it right, I mean immediately back so we weren't upset... But the pizza was wrong, we were starving by this point though so we still began to eat it... Few moments later another driver was at my door with my original full order. Which made me happy that they were so thoughtful to resend it correctly... The driver asked if I had already received my order I said yes but it was wrong, he explained that since I already got my order that I needed to call the manager and verify I was supposed to be receiving the order he had and to have the manager call him to let him know while he would wait in the car... I called and manager said he knew they sent the wrong order so they replaced it correctly :) I forgot to tell him call the driver so I got dressed went outside to his car to tell him what manager said. He then said well now I have to call to make sure since you didn't have him call me ..... At this point now I'm irritated because why didn't you just call your manager yourself in the first place???? Anyway... Manager did the right thing, my first driver showed empathy and urgency about my wrong order plus my first order was fresh and hot (like always)... The second driver made the experience go from slightly upset to irritated af... But I will still order again despite this one...
