Hardee’s — Restaurant in Columbus

I mobile order nearly everywhere. Lately, this restaurant has only had Buffalo Ranch and 2 other dipping sauces. Yesterday, they only had Buffalo Ranch. If you order a different dipping sauce then what they have, they don't say anything. They just hand you the bag. Only one person has said anything in 3 weeks. She had on a different styled uniform, so she may have been a supervisor/manager. Yesterday, the lady at the window seemed so annoyed I asked about the sauce before pulling off. 1 to 2 times I wouldn't even care too much like it's just sauce, but this is the 5th time now. & all, but this time, I was headed to work. Treated me like a thief moments after I paid for my drink. A big sign in front of the drink machines says u can fill up your own mug once you've purchased a cup, which I did purchase seconds before attempting to fill my mug up WITH WATER. worker told me I can't fill my mug and walked away.. Pulled in the drive through at 9am with no cars at the window and only one car in front of me at the speaker. Waited 10 minutes for the car to drive around. I pulled to the speaker, was asked to wait for my order. I waited about 7 minutes before they took my order which was a chicken biscuit combo add cheese with a sprite and 4 strawberry jams. I get to the window, wait, pay for my meal, wait, get my meal, drive out to base, get to the food court. I sit down and pull out my breakfast, there is no cheese on my biscuit and there is not one pack of strawberry jam in the bag. I threw the entire meal in the trash!
