I got a grilled chicken sandwich and onion rings and my wife got the half slab of ribs and a couple sides. The grilled chicken was perfectly and the barbecue and Carolina gold sauces that they provide, I'm not sure what's in them, but they are delicious.
The onion rings were cooked just right. Not too crispy, not soft and my wife said the ribs were the best she ever had. I'm not big on ribs for a few different reasons, but the rib meat fell right off the bone and they were tender and savory like I've never tasted before.
If you were in the area and you want to try something new, give JP's a chance and enjoy the atmosphere.

Amazing food, place and management. First off, Carol is a wonderful individual who goes all out with service. She’s very friendly and helpful no matter if your stopping in for a meal or catering an event. My wife and I had JP’s cater our wedding a couple years ago and Carol was an absolute joy, helping us with a menu selection to fit our budget and for everything she did to help take care of our dinner on our wedding day. She really takes pride in her work and goes all out.

My review is base solely on the food itself since it was ordered through Ubereats. I have always wanted to try their food since I was a kid. I remember seeing the commercials decades ago and always thought they made good barbecue. Well I was wrong. The food is horrible. The fries have no seasoning on it. The chicken was dried and ribs were all fat and had a weird chewy taste that was accompanied by some burnt bitter texture. I literally threw it away and will never eat there again.
