My order was placed online w/ requests for MY Eggyolk sauce cooked Medium/Light-Medium (SOFT/Creamy) & Individual additional veggies OTS ... Had a fam sized order for 3 people : 3 Entrees , Side of 3 Veggies , w/ additional YumYum & sauces. ORDERED -- 3 ENTREES : [ Hibachi Chicken & Shrimp - $14.99 ] , [ Hibachi Lobster & Shrimp - $26.99 ] , and [ Hibachi Scallops W/ Eggyolk sauce OnTop - $14.00 + $2.50 / $16.50 ] . --SIDE ORDERS OF: Zucchini , Mushroom, & Bean Sprouts [ $1.10 each ] --ADDTL' SAUCES : 8 Oz Yumyum [ $2.00 ] , Soy Sauce x 6 , Sriracha x 4 TOTAL : [Approx. $64.00 ] PRO(s) : Cooks Followed instructions for order, Cooking [ For eggyolk sauce request ], Items & # of items Correct, Friendly Staff, EggYolk Sauce [ Awesome/Bomb! ] & Again, Number of items along w/ order details were CORRECT . Order was nicely bagged and separated based on orders submitted, Your fork, napkin & 2 yum-yum included w/ each entree come in a sep. bag for you :) , Chopsticks provided as well. Chicken & Scallops were cooked pretty good ; Not too dry, Rubbery or Overcooked [ Cant say the same for the Lobster/Shrimp Entree ] You can order items individually [ MOST places have a pre-mixed veggie mix tht they add to their stir fry . NOT here! They Mix a number of veggie options in individually & Will add --Or-- remove WHATEVER you want in/on the side of your order from the items they offer. Choice of Fried --Or-- White rice , You can also add EXTRA or ADDTNL SIDE of your meat choice for additional cost & Request how you'd pref. them cooked: [ Medium, Easy, Well Done, etc. ] on any/most item(s) ! :)

| CON(s): Phone Host/Receptionist always answers phone with " Hello ? " like you're calling someone's Home/Cell instead of a business -OR- Providing a professional greeting so you know who your calling [ EXAMPLE : " Mr. Hibachi , Would you like to place an order/Mr. Hibachi , How can I help you ? " So you have to double check and ask if you're calling their establishment & It causes a little confusion at first..lol . The Entrees come with a LARGE amount of Rice & Cabbage & If you order any of the entrees that are SEAFOOD[ scallops, shrimp, lobster, etc ] be PREPARED toonly get [ 6 small/medium sized pieces ] of Shrimp or Scallops & For the lobster : [ 1 small tail ]. For the cost , The portion of the MAIN [ meat option ]is small in MY opinion & LOBSTER was over cooked, rubbery & dry. When calling to have re-made was initially informed to bring that specific entree order to be remade, Informed them tht due to inability to get there THAT evening before close if ok to bring next day ? Was informed that, that was fine . When my family member arrived NEXT DAY w/ their entree order to be re-made as initially told , They then informed the owner changed their mind & Would only take the order back the same day it was made... [ THAT was unprofessional in my opinion & I feel maybe could have been handled better since we had already been in contact & informed of the order being replaced... Maybe something to the extent of " We will replace your order b/c we have already informed you that we would...but for any future orders we will need the ordered food returned the same day if any issues ] That simple. |
| Im not sure what kind of policy that is or how you will resolve any issue in the event of a person ordering food close to closing & finds something wrong OR If [ like us ] unable to bring it de to work, inability to drive back that same day/evening , etc. Let alone the fact that they were ALREADY told they could bring their entree to be re-made & Communicated inability to make it before close but could bring next day and CONFIRMED by employee that... |
I ordered one Chicken entrée and one side and I emphasized I wanted extra of both . The lady i spoke with repeated my order and when I get to the place I pay for the order, she brings my food and I see two trays. I ask why there are two trays and she says. ” You asked for extra rice & chicken, but it’s cheaper to get another plate.” After adding up one side of chicken, which is $5.99 and a extra side of rice, which she said was $2 which accumulates to $7.99. One entrée and two sides is $10.99 So, how is it cheaper I don’t know. I asked for a refund & she explains to me how I already paid for the food acting as if she’s confused on my request saying there’s nothing she can do about it. I later submit to this tragedy and just grab my food and leave. On top of all this mess, I received 4 Yum Yum sauce and they were all filled halfway to the point where I could pour one into the other have a full cup. Now this is mind blowing. This establishment lacks empathy for its everyday customers & I’m very disappointed with the service....

Staff are friendly, the only thing is maybe this a new restaurants and the staff are still on training so she can’t understand what I really want.. but don’t worry… the other guy (I think he’s the chef) who help me and get my order. the food so amazing I order lobster shrimp the cook perfectly as a request.. Huge portion come with fried rice and vegetables and the EGG YOLK I can’t believe they do like you go and sit in the Hibachi Restaurants . The spot is one of the best in town!! Five stars and definitely will be...
