Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Columbus

I ordered through the app on my trip from Missouri to Texas. Cheese sticks and a half-gallon (64oz) of tea to go (there wasn't any other tea option.) So, I got there and found out they don't have half-gallons of tea. The young man and woman who helped me were very nice. I was offered the option of a 2-liter of soda or a refund for the tea and I could purchase a 32oz cup of tea. I asked if I could trade out for a 32 oz tea and croutons and ranch. The owner, who was helping on the back side, was not accommodating at all and was a bit of an arse, said no, but I could purchase a small salad for $2 something (for croutons and ranch dressing?!?!) So, I opted for a refund for the half gallon and purchased a 32 oz tea which ended up being only 30 cents less. Had I known that, I would've just taken the refund and bought my tea elsewhere. I got my cheese sticks and drink and I left only to get down the road and discover that 1/3 of the cheese sticks didn't even have cheese on them. Total waste of time. Next trip, I'll pass this Pizza Hut up and go 7 miles down the road to the next one. Minus 3 stars for the food that was missing some of the ingredients. We ate here on Sunday, July 23, 2017. There were customers that came in after us that had their orders taken and food served before we even had our order taken. The server brought us a sandwich that we had not ordered. We never got the wings we ordered. When we asked about them, they hadn't even been cooked yet. Yay! In Florida it is hard to find a classic Pizza Hut in the old style building with the same great menu! We are here for the rodeo and we were excited to see this next door. We went for lunch. Salad bar, personal pan and cheesy garlic bread was on the menu for us. Delicious. Hot. Fresh. Cravings satisfied! We had great service from Melissa. We will probably go back before we leave town!
