Decided to stop in to Susie's Sub Shop this afternoon. It is located on Karl Road. They have been at this location for 3 years. I decided to order a Philly Cheese Roast Beef sandwich and some Garlic Cheese Bread. The Philly Cheese Roast Beef sandwich which had a good amount of roast beef with onions, green peppers, mushrooms and Swiss cheese, all toasted nicely. The Garlic Cheese bread had a very mild garlic flavor to it with a great layer of cheese with some spices sprinkled over it. It was a lot of food for the money.

Rating 3 stars as an average for my order which consist of pizza(4), Italian sub(4), spaghetti&meatball dinner(1). *the sum being 9, divided by 3, therefore rated 3... The spaghetti dinner lacking flavor and sauce. The lack of sauce left the pasta dry, with a rubbery texture... I couldn't call because I drove an hour to get my food and so when I got home to actually eat, they was closed for the night.

LOVE THIS PLACE MY KIDS WOULD EAT IT EVERYDAY… THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT NEVER HAD TO RAISE MY VOICE TO THEM UNLIKE (OHIO STATE PIZZA) ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS TURN THE OVEN DOWN JUST A LIL BIT I ORDERED FROM HERE MONDAY AND MY SUB WAS JUST COOKED A LITTLE TOO LONG NO I DIDNT CALL AND COMPLAIN BECAUSE LIKE I SAID THE FOOD IS NORMALLY PERFECT AND 10/10 I RECOMMEND

We are HUGE and instant fans!!! Susie's Subs is the best kept secret in Columbus! Not a ritzy storefront/'hood, but super fresh, tasty, generous food! The Big Jon Sub was the BEST SUB we've ever had!! EVER!! Headed out for our first pizza and since all our friends at NCBC Church rave about it, I'm sure we won't be disappointed! Very friendly service. Only six seats inside, but it's primarily a take out place, so that's fine. Lots of Buckeye stuff displayed. Yay! Go Bucks!!!! It's important to support your local Mom and Pop family owned businesses! Since '59 and it shows!! Excellent food at fair prices!! We're gonna try the whole menu, week by week! Highly recommended!!! :-) ~ Joyful...

As soon as you walk into Susie's the wonderful smells overtake you and your tastebuds kick in, and the friendly greeting from Susie adds to the experience. Our children ordered the meatball sub and said it was the best they have had in Columbus! We had a Pepperoni Pizza that everyone liked and my husband had the Italian Sub, he only thought it was ok. He is spoiled as he is use to the Italian subs in the North End of Boston. My only complaint is on the site it looks like you can still eat in, but we found out that was before Covid hit. So next time we will call our order in and plan to have a picnic...

Called at 7:30 today to order a single large pepperoni and cheese. No answer, ok I’m thinking maybe they are just busy, it’s raining and people are calling. Well no that was not the case I called until 8:32 and no answer at all. I understand they make their money and they own so they can do what they like but just good business would be to answer and say your closed or post on your website. I have seen plenty of reviews about timing and being a frequent customer i understand the hours. What i don’t understand is why no one answered from 7:30 to 8:32? I just like professionalism and...
