Taco Bell — Restaurant in Columbus

I have been going here since around 2007 about every weekend or two with the family. We recently took a trip back out here from out of state and had to stop here for a late lunch, just a while ago yesterday. The quality of service and food is still a 10/10 after all of these years--and having been here many times as a kid, I remember how nice this place was even back then and through the years. It's always near perfectly clean, the employees are very welcoming and friendly, and I can only recall one incident where our order was mixed up, but it was very easily fixed. The food is great, the whole staff is fantastic! It sounds really silly to say, but to this day, this Taco Bell location is the best Taco Bell I have ever been to. No offense to any Taco Bell location at home, but maybe you should take notes from...

UPDATE: My company has been sending me to Houston more often, so I have stopped here several more times and I have come to realize that the outstanding customer service that I experienced here the first time was NOT an accident. This crew consistently strives to provide an excellent experience!

As a trucker, I have eaten at my fair share of Taco Bell restaurants. This one here at the Columbus Travel Center might be the best one! I usually order via the kiosk so as to avoid any confusion, so all the kitchen staff has to do is pay attention. Well this staff and management worked together to get every detail of my special orders correctly. The dining area was very clean and the self serve area was VERY well stocked.

Superb service and food, as usual, i ate too much, which is weird because i don't do that at fast food joints. Believe it or not, this taco bell is very modern with screen touch service and excellent options. The ladies who work here treated me nicely and had the food ready in a very fast manner, great job ladies, you deserve a raise!!. The restaurant has a modern feel to it. The food is what you are already used to and more. I ordered from the breakfast menu and tasted great. I'll be back and devour until my belly is full. My belly is very demanding, so I'll stop here again...
