I have always loved KFC but I am so discussed on how my husband and I were treated at our KFC in Colville, WA. We had just pulled into town after being on vacation camping for a week and pulled into KFC to get some chicken. We were so hungry and it was late, around 11:00 PM our RV wouldn't fit through the drive thru so by the time we parked and walked up the window we were two minutes past closing. I knocked on the window as I was watching an employee throwing a huge tray of chicken in the garbage can with another tray and a tray of chicken strips on the counter to be thrown away. I asked if they could sell me a bucket and they told me NO, I told them we were starving and I would be happy to give them money and didn't need any sides and they were throwing it away why couldn't they just sell me some chicken. The night manager said she couldn't and they had to throw it away and told me to go to McDonald's which we did. I am so disgusted that a person could go hungry and tell them they are starving and it doesn't matter if you are hungry and have money they will just throw it away. There are too many places out there now that make good chicken and have better prices that makes to much competition to treat people like this. I wish I could give less...

If I go there again the manager can pay me 40 bucks to choke down that tuff overcooked dry horribly greasy cold chicken that clearly sits with no watchful eye from a bunch of teenage girls that clearly are not being supervised by the M.O.D. and the cooks are not paying attention either. If you enjoy greasy, dry, cold , tough really awful chicken at a premium price then go there but when u get there ask for a handful of lard so you can go to the can and grease up and it won't hurt so bad when they put it to you. I've never had such awful KFC in my life. The colonial...
Read moreService in the drive through is almost always slow. A 5-10 minute wait would be considered fast there. They keep adjusting the amount of chicken tenders you can buy and price point keeps rising. The food is good, most of the time, but the hassles are almost not worth it. There aren't a lot of choices in this town. Mc Donalds makes a very good chicken breast nugget and a box of 10 is a fraction of the price of a box of 12...
