First time here! To start off, the interior is so fun to look at, it's so authentic Mexican looking! This place also smelled amazing.. we could smell the food from outside! We came in here around 11:35 a.m, and it wasn't very crowded, there were a few families and couples here, but not to many, around 12ish it did get a little more full. Our food was brought within 15min after ordering, we ordered the number 16. Two Enchiladas Molé, and the Scallop Fajitas. I can say the Scallop Fajitas had a very strong delicious flavor, but the Enchiladas were slightly bland, the food was very hot and fresh, and we loved their house salsa, we put that on everything! Their beans and rice, were amazing, I loved that. Our waitress was a very nice lady, service was slow at first, because we did have some questions when ordering but afterwards it was great. When we were finished eating she also brought some crispy cinnamon chip, with whip cream and strawberry sauce, it was so warm crunchy and delicious, and also free☺. I will definitely come here again! Thank you!

Working out of town near Colville WA, I decided to have dinner at Rancho Chico. I liked the vibe when I walked into the restaurant. It was clean and tidy. The wait staff were well dressed, polite and helpful with the menu. The chips and salsa were excellent. The chips were fresh and the salsa was spicy! They brought out a bowl of a cabbage with the salsa that was very tasty. I had the Orroz Con Pollo. It was a large plate full of goodness. It wasn’t the best I’ve ever had but it was very edible. Of course I had to have an adult beverage to complement the dinner. If you are in the area, I would recommend having a meal at Rancho Chico.

I had the pleasure of dining at Rancho Chico tonight, where Miguel was our server. Despite the restaurant being extremely busy, Miguel remained professional and polite throughout the evening. Unfortunately, the table next to us placed the wrong order and treated him unfairly, which was undeserved. Miguel handled the situation with grace and professionalism. The food at Rancho Chico is absolutely delicious, and I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

I had one of the worst experiences here tonight due to Pure judgement due too previous customers so they're basing those customers choices on to mine which I have good intentions or had good intentions but I sit down to enjoy my food I go to order some nachos the waiter states that I need to pay before I receive my food instead of after because of these other customers that walked out on them earlier... I'm waiting for my money to be brought to me I explain to them that I'm waiting going to have another person join me and I would just like to get my nachos set an NJoy my dinner just like everybody else and you know say I wasn't just gunna have my nachos maybe I wanted more than that you know why should I have to pay for each item after I order it when I thought it was supposed to come at the end of the dinner I offered to give them my card number so they could run it that way they refused why I'm getting singled out and treated unfairly and honestly I feel as if I'm getting treated wrongly because these previous customers that I have nothing to do so why is it that I can't sit and enjoy my dinner and just like everybody else and calmly wait for my card to get here and pay for it when I'm done with my dinner just like every other normal person but I forgot for some reason there judging me who knows maybe it's my looks it is my race or maybe it's just because they simply have no common courtesy and the fact that I've tried giving them my card number to pay and they refuse to take it makes it even a lot harder to say that this isn't a pure hate crime it's like they just don't want me to eat at the restaurant at all and now that is definitely some kind of discrimination so I'm going to look up some laws and find out how to sue them for discriminating me and treating me differently than others most likely because of my race or the way I look but I'm pretty sure it's because of my race I thought for the longest time they were an awesome restaurant great staff up until tonight and they all decided to be judgmental stuck-up ass holes and I'm pretty sure I'm the only one they have done with there excuse is because of these other customers that walked out on them today but how is that any of my fault because I didn't know those customers I wasn't with these customers so why is that they have chosen to single me out they sitting Judge Me giving me a chance to prove them wrong this is by far the worst experience I have ever had and I will...

The staff was wonderful so I'll give it more than one star but as far as the food goes, one star. I have been here twice now and both experiences were beyond underwhelming. I like to give most restaurants two tries, you never know the head chef may have been out sick or they were training new staff. Either way I give the benefit of doubt, once.

The chile rellenos' batter was too thin to coat the chile and had practically separated from it and was tough in spots, as if a microwave was involved and the cheese filling was practically cold.

The Chile Verde's pork was more boiled than braised and had the texture of canned tuna. The rice was barely discernible from plain white rice and the refried beans were the consistency of a very thin stew.

My child's beef burrito was comical. It is a large adult size portion of ground beef rolled up in a tortilla. That's it. Normally my kiddo has a voracious appetite but felt plugged up a quarter of the way through the wall of solid beef, not to mention being pretty bored by his meal. Minimal effort to say the least.

Again, the staff is delightful, if you're looking to grab some drinks and chips and salsa you're in good hands. Anything beyond that is at...
