El Sunguirungui Bro — Restaurant in Commerce City

This is the perfect stop for some fast and delicious mexican food. The location has lots of room for parking and seating outside. Its a trailita/ mobile food truck that serves you within minutes of ordering. They have all of your Mexican favorites like "tacos, tortas, quesadillas and more". My personal favorite is the $10 "Torta", that thing was a monster and is so delicious and huge accompanied with a glass bottled Mexican coke. The tacos were ok, the meat was extremely seasoned and a bit chewy. The Al Pastor didn't taste like real al pastor, and the carne asada was not your usual type of meat. It was more like ground beef. The salsa were ok. They were like homemade tacos than taqueria tacos. Their location is really out of the way on a street with tons of construction. Cool little food truck, seems family-run and everyone is very nice. Maybe a little too expensive but the food has always been good and I love their green sauce! I usually get bean and cheese breakfast burritos but I like the quesadillas too, and a coworker says great things about the tortas. It's in a bit of a weird industrial area but I work nearby and all the construction workers seem to love it
