The food at this place is really good. We had the butter chicken curry with rice, chicken biryani, and some naan bread. I would also recommend the fried momo. All of the items were very flavorful and even though were only two of us, it was enough food to feed 3-4 people. The prices were not inexpensive but honestly there was enough food to feed twice as many people, so I feel that was a good price if you know how to order wisely. I will definitely be back. The atmosphere was fine. The restaurant is attached to a convenience store but the vibe inside was great. They have music playing and there were all sorts of people in the dining room enjoying their meals. I definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone interested in checking out Indian/Nepali fusion food. If I had to critique one thing it would be that the dining room floor was a little sticky. Probably a simple case of using too much soap in the mop water. No big deal.

I dined inside, and it's very casual. You order at the register. A couple (the owners?) are so friendly and do everything. There is a short wait, but that way all the food is hot and fresh. I ordered chicken biryani, saag paneer, garlic and butter naan , and rice. The food was absolutely delicious, and the medium spice level was perfect for me. The portions were so large that I took so much home. I was given some complimentary dessert (kheer) that was so lovely. It was a delightful experience overall. My only advice is bring your own real dish and cutlery if you don't like eating with plastic ware and paper plates. I will definitely be back! Thank you, Curry Fusion!

We moved to Sulphur Springs four years ago. There weren't any Indian or Nepali eateries in Northeast Texas that we knew, and my wife would crave. So we would have to drive to Dallas. Now there is one close to us that serves beautiful butter chicken, naan, momos & more. We recently gave Curry Fusion in Commerce, Texas, a try. The food was excellent! It's not in a gas station. There's plenty of seating - they even have a selfie backdrop. It's clean with great service and a wonderful young married couple owns and operates it. The wife (and chef) has a business degree from East Texas A&M. Give it a try!

It's a comfortable spot to eat, and the food was flavorful and just a little spicy but mixed with the rice it wasn't hot. I think you can order food to be as spicy hot as you want. My family tried the 2 entree vegetarian with rice, and it came with a small dessert. It was a delicious little dough ball and honey. My child got vegetarian LOL mein noodles and big cup of sweet rice pudding. The brown lentil topping on the rice was our favorite. The owner or cook was very helpful and patient, as we did not know all the words for the food. There is a chart to explain the words, and the menu is nicely done. They have plenty of meat dishes to try next visit. The Naan bread is really good, like a thick pita bread. The jasmine tea was tasty, so buy it if you like cranberry flavored drinks.

I like the glass brick walls behind the bench seats, and the nice wall paintings. It was quiet here, except for occasional blender sounds. Much of the food toppings and sauces are pureed. It was easy to have conversations here, though.

Next time I will try to get some kind of very spicy chicken and potato dish.

Our food came packaged in very good takeout containers, with paper plates in case we wanted to spread it out or share foods. If you like the super casual and fast atmosphere at Taco Casa, this will be a treat for you, also. You can walk through to the beer store and convenience store if you want energy drinks or candy to go with your food. I don't know their policy of BYOB so you will...

I could not be more happy with the experience we had at Curry Fusion, and I did not make it easy for them 🤪

When we walked in there was a strong smell of incense burning. I am very sensitive to smells and I whined loudly about it. (I may have been hangry). The lady apologized sincerely.

I ordered a chai tea to go with my Tiki Marsala The tea had no spice to it. I had ordered it unsweetened. When I asked about if it was chai both owners took time to explain that other customers complained about too much spice so they brew it lighter. They encouraged me to try it with sugar. I agreed and they were correct it greatly improved the flavor.

We had gotten the order to go because of the smell, when they carried our order outside to us the lady had a cup of chai in her hand. She said please try this, it was the most amazing chai I have had since being stationed in Turkey.

I had Chicken Tiki Marsala hot, my husband had Butter Chicken medium. Both dish were delicious and amazing!

Small business take note, that is customer service. We are already planning our trip back. You must...
