We've been traveling for months and have seen most of what Route 66 has to offer. This place is easily in my top three, maybe number one. As far as authenticity, it just doesn't get any better.
The lady who owns it has been running the place, as is, for over 40 years and is so sweet. She loves talking about the town, 66, and the history in general. From the look of it, she hasn't increased her prices in that time, either. The whole family of six got food they loved and filled their bellies for around $20. What?!
