BIGGBY COFFEE — Restaurant in Comstock Charter Township

Me and my grandson stopped here at this location on the corner of E. Michigan and Sprinkle road. Today was half off bagle day so he was looking forward to his favorite sandwich a Turkey Havarti everything bagle, we arrived at 6:00 pm and I asked if they had half off bagles and the two girls behind the counter said yes we do, but we already turned our toaster off, sorry about that. My grandson said oh man I am so hungry for a bagle and again the girls said we're sorry about that. I thought this was very strange being it was half off bagle day and only 6:00 pm and they were open till 8:00pm. So I ordered him a hot chocolate and left. We drove to the biggby on gull road and pulled into the drive thru and I asked again if they had half off bagles and they said yes we do so I ordered us both a sandwich and they took my order and the girl at this location was very nice so when I pulled up to the window I asked her when do they turn off their toasters and she said when they close at 9:00pm. So the 2 girls at the east Michigan location were lying or just didn't feel like doing their job. I won't ever return to the East Michigan Biggby...

So I was really thankful that biggby actually had bagels that I liked. And I've enjoyed eating them for years. However in the last week. They keep screwing up my bagel. They don't apologize. They give me an attitude. I don't appreciate it. I asked for no cream cheese They'll either put double cream cheese or ignore my request altogether and put cream cheese on it. I have to get all the way home and then turn around and drive all the way back. I hate cream cheese. Yet they continually screw up my sandwich. And are very unapologetical for it. The terrible part about this is when they hand me my food they tell me what I ordered. It is exactly what I ordered. But then I get home and there's cream cheese on it.

Aug 5, 2025. Again . Another bagel with cream cheese I ask to be excluded. 2 out of 5 visits. It's pathetic

Update Aug 26, 2025 And now they can't even hear me anymore apparently. I order the same thing I always do. And they gave me an asiago bagel instead of an everything bagel. This location is a complete joke!!!

I’m going with a one star because I have to give them a rating… I went through the drive through and I was charged $98.00 for my coffee!!! I was supposed to be receiving my free coffee from my rewards but the clerk said would I mind if I got the free coffee on my next visit because she had already rung me up and because I was in a hurry I said that was fine. She handed me the credit card machine and I entered my pin code the clerk asked if I wanted to leave a tip which I gave. I didn’t think to get my recipe and that was a huge mistake!!!

I tried calling the store to rectify the situation but I was told that the manager was on vacation so I asked for the district manager and she was nice but informed me that each store has a different franchise owner so she was going to refer me to the corporate office which was two days ago and I haven’t heard anything from them.
