P36 Bakery — Restaurant in Concord

Wow what a gem. I did not know this place existed until I happened to drive down Wilshire. I had to try the cheese cake which looked delicious and was. Many cheesecakes are dense lumps of sweetened cream cheese but this had the perfect balance of cheese and cake. I also got a loaf of bread which was fresh. Light and fluffy and tasted delicious. I liked the cheese cake so much I returned the next day for another slice. I met the owner/Baker and she is very friendly. I also left with 2 macaroons with a dark chocolate enhancement. So we have gone here twice now, back to back weekends. They have pastries, cookies, eclairs, it varies. This is a locally owned business. Their bread is amazing, just make sure you leave a loaf for us to buy on a Sat. ;)

Seriously try the bread. I'm hoping to try other bread flavors but with their hours can only swing by on a Sat. So, we got one yesterday fresh out of the oven! Amazing...came home cut, add butter. Yum. Anyways their cookies and other items are great too....

The lady was very sweet but I didn't love the product. The cookies tasted stale. And they don't have enough items available for purchase. Nothing eye catching either. You have to order a couple days ahead and I personally don't have the time when I'm looking to grab something quickly for my kids or coworkers. So I went somewhere else. That's just...
