This is isn't my first time at a Red Arrow, but I felt it was time to let people know how great they are! I usually went to the Milford location and they were fsntastic. Trust me when I say that it's hard to find people who are happy to see you at 4AM. But the Concord location did it up! Our server was Kaitlyn and she was very nice and attentive. But what impressed me was how the entire staff was able and willing to help each other out and be just as kind as if we were their assigned table. Now on to the food!! The ftappes are legit. Made with real ice cream, and are thick and creamy. They could be a meal on their own. The coffe frappe's flavor could be stronger, but the Oreo frappe makes itself known! If you like beer battered food, hit up the onion rings. You'll be able to taste the beer clearly with the sweet onion playing tag on your palate. The poutine was an absolute experience. It was my first time trying it ever znd has made me want to go to the source, so Canada, I hope to be visiting soon. I could go on and on. From the cajun spice fries, to the tangy sweet and sour sauce, the baked beans (I don't even like baked beans), and the chicken tenders. All i can say is go there and pick out what you want! Red Arrow is definitely worth a visit.

I just want to preface by saying i work in the industry, no less than 50 hours a week. With that said, I do not have have many opportunities to eat out much. I completely understand things happen, kitchens at times can be unpredictable. Ive been to the Manchester location a few times, and have never had an issue. I decided to try the concord location at random, and was disappointed. The waitress was very nice and attentive, no troubles there. Ordered a LTOM burger mid rare, which came swiftly and to the cooks credit was cooked to temp. My issue was this, the burger literally came to me in two pieces. One piece literally falling off the bun. As a chef, I could not send this dish out of the kitchen in good conscious; especially at this price point. Usually when these types of culinary things happen, it indicates something happened to the food, i.e. it was dropped, broken during the cooking process....etc. Again, waitress was very nice, offered to replace the order. I declined and she without hesitation took it off the bill. Coffee was great and the atmosphere was just like a great diner. Not sure Ill try again. This is the first review i have ever written.

I was excited to try this place since it had been featured on diners drive ins and dives. Also while waiting on our food they had a tv that showed all the famous people who have eaten there. Well I didn’t care for it. The service sucked and the food was just as bad. I got the patty melt and the burger was dry, the cook only put onions on one side. I got a side of Mac and cheese with it and it was aweful, absolutely no flavor. I feel like Kraft would’ve tasted better. I tried my daughters famous goulash and I could make it better at home, nothing special. We moved on to dessert and got a few things for our trip back home. I couldn’t wait to try the chocolate PB pie (not real whipped cream on top, whatever it was did not taste good at all, I was so disappointed) tried their homemade twinkies filled with icing… nothing special, but the hand pies were really good. We had the apple and lemon. I liked apple best. I wouldn’t return unfortunately.

This was my first time to the Red Arrow Diner in Concord. I have been to other locations. The wait for breakfast was about 30 minutes when we arrived at 11:15 am. We both ordered from the eggs benedict bar, and both were great. We also liked the bacon. Now some disappointments. My husband ordered his benny on a bagel and it came on an english muffin. But June caught it, and brought it on the side. The booths are already torn and uncomfortable. The prices here are higher and i would expect the utensils to reflect the prices. Same with the coffee and tea. I paid over $2 for one tea bag! Some good news ... they really seem to care about their customers, our server was very attentive to us. They care about those who serve our country and provide a military discount. The portions of food are good. There is more space to sit / stand while waiting then at some other local popular restaurants. I will be going back to try those desserts I saw.

The Red Arrow Diner in Concord is a gem. It has a really cool atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The menu is massive, so there's something for everyone. The food is delicious, especially the meatloaf – it's fantastic. The staff are super pleasant and make the experience even better. It's a bit pricey, but overall, it's worth it for the great food and service.
