Burger King — Restaurant in Conewago Township

I came in today, and ordered, but my chip card wouldn't work on the reader. While I was trying to get it to work, I was noticed immediately by an employee of yours named Matt. He told me they were having problems with the card readers and quickly offered to take my order at the kiosk. On my burgers I like a slice of cheese on each patty. He took note and was sure to tell the people in the back to split the cheese up, and I also overheard him jumping to get a girl's icee when she mentioned she needed a drink. He was all over the place multitasking for alot of customers during rush hour. I really appreciate seeing him going above and beyond for the customers. It's not something I see very often these days in fast food workers. God knows they don't get paid enough for all the hard work they do. I wanted to put a good word in for Matt. He's a hard worker from what I can tell and if you guys lose him, you're probably going to regret it. I'd be doing everything I could to keep him around. Thanks for the food and the friendly atmosphere, Matt. It really was a breath...

IF I COULD ZERO'S I WOULD. AND IF I WANTED TO WORK AT BURGER KING I WOULD HAVE PUT IN AN APPLICATION TO. Please tell me why at this service plaza...as a tractor trailer driver do I have to take my own order while the manager stands there and does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! What is this world coming to? VERY DISAPPOINTED BURGER KING. I'll give my money to an establishment that doesn't make me take my own order. VERY INCONVENIENT! VERY! Guess drivers getting held up to deliver your goods can actually say they were standing in line at your restaurant waiting for everybody to take their own order. It will be Wendy's from now on until they decide to do the same! I will no longer eat at an establishmental where I have to take my own order. If I wanted to be a cashier I would put in an application for it. I didn't oder anything and will make sure to tell all of my fellow truckers not to use this Burger King or any other that doesn't have human beings...

Worst BK I have ever stopped at. Ordered a Wopper with Fries. Staff was friendly, and food came out relatively quickly. Jumped in the car and headed down the turnpike. Took one bit out of the burger and spit it out. The patty was cold and not just cooled off from the few minutes it took to merge back on the highway. Cold as if it was stilling out for an hour or more. The tomato was mushy, and lettuce was wilted with no crunch. The only crunch was the pound of oinons on it. It was the same for the fries. The inside of the fry was cold. It was absolutely disgusting. If it was anywhere else, I would have turned around and got a refund. I can guarantee I will never stop there...
