I don't know what is going on with management, but if it doesn't stop they are going to lose business. Last time I called, they said they don't take phone orders, must come in. Only been doing that since they first opened, but ok. Sent someone in to order and they saw them taking an order over phone, same day. Next visit, they told person he could order over phone, but when I called, got told again they are not taking orders by phone. A consistent business model is a good thing, please make up your mind. This is one of my go to's. The food is great. Awesome portion size and the owners are so nice. Ive never been disappointed going here. Can't go wrong! I recommend the general tso's chicken, pepper steak with onions, and the crab rangoon. The only bad thing is it's impossible to order because the line is always busy. Makes no sense. I'm giving 3 stars because it doesn't matter how good it is if you can't place an order. I've tried calling for the last 2 hours straight...

Customer at least once a month since they opened. Tried two different occasions to phone order. Told I had to come in. I did and sat there 45 minutes being put off ordering, only to watch others who came in get their orders taken. They have lost two customers. How many more before they get a clue? And they were told both times...
