Dusty's Bar — Restaurant in Conrad

Dusty's is another sparkling gem here in paradise. It is currently rated at the 11th best small restaurant in Montana, even though most customers are locals. I always think of it as Montana's "Cheers", but with fantastic food. The family who owns this place, are some of my favorite people on the planet. The regular menu is good pub food. Friday night is some of the best BBQ (provided it's not too cold to smoke) most people will ever eat; Saturday (now) and Sunday morning breakfasts are outstanding; Sunday nights are steak and seafood, and never disappoint. Everything is made from scratch except for a few fried items, and mostly from locally raised\grown food and it shows. It doesn't necessarily make it cheaper or easier, but with the love they have for the community, they wouldn't have it any other way.

Update-3/7/24: Ordered the Garbage Burger for pickup, and was warned it doesn't travel well... Just wanted to report that not only did it travel just fine, the egg was still perfectly over easy, which is no easy feat IMHO. I have attached evidence of proof. Just FYI, the rest of our order was...

WOW!!! Well out in the boonies lies a small jewell in Pondera county's crown. Montana has its treasures and Dusty's is one of them. Serving phenomenal smoked meats by an obviously talented master smoker with skills beyond imagination. Yep that damn good. Service was superb and all done with a glorious smile upon their faces. Truly a stop worthy of stopping at. if ever flying thru on i15 treat yourself and your family to hidden secrets of Montana. Great breakfasts great food anytime you go service with that old fashioned smile and friendliness. Dusty's is a Superb place and each and every visit I've walked away full content and ready to take a nap...

This little family owned restaurant and bar was a life saver! We arrived at a lucky time and even though the kitchen wasn’t open, they made us pizza and let us sample some of their newest ideas for pizzas.
