I went to Arby's to get sandwiches for super. I ask for 2 roast beef and chedders and two sliders which came to 11.36. By the time I pull to the window. A young lady comes to the window gives me what she said was a refund of 7.25 and she was sorry for my wait. But if I'd pull up she would bring it out to me. That they had a problem happen on the line. So I pull up feeling good she gave me half my money back. I end up sitting there 36 minutes before going in. Then I have to beg to ask for either the sandwiches or the rest of my money back. Still another 5 minutes and then the guy passes me a bag. I don't look in it at this point I'm just ready to go. When I get home I look in it and I only have three sanwitches. And no sauce. By this point I'm really upset.her . So I call them and have to argue with the person that made the mistake and she just say sorry and hangs up in my face....

She locked doors before we got our fresh fries. They asked us to pull up so they could make us fresh fries. We did it took 20 minutes. My husband had to go knock on the door and ask about our fries the manager asked what we was doing there and what we was waiting on rudely. My husband said our large fry. This has been an ONGOING problem at this Grand Bay, AL location for a LONG TIME, now. CARE-LESS attitudes from the workers there, and they make NO priority to getting the machine fixed, or righting the situation, manually. Their response is, "that's just the way it comes out", automatically. Not so.
