First off, I’ve been coming to this place for at least 15 years. They’ve always been expensive, but usually worth it. Today was my last visit. It’s no longer worth it. While their pricing continues to soar, their customer service continues to decline. If you’re going to charge $46.97 for one dozen bagels and 1 container of cream cheese, you’d better at least get the order correct or maybe at least have a smile on your face and be welcoming to people frequenting your business. None of these things happened today, and it’s not the first or second time either. When I noticed the significant increase from the last time I visited, I asked for a receipt and found the $12 charge for cream cheese that used to be $8. A 50% increase? For what? Inflation? Sorry, that ship has sailed. Everyone is experiencing inflation. Of course I got the $12 refunded and went on my way with my order, only to get down the interstate to find that half of my order was missing. So, I got to spend more of my time and gas to turn around and go right back there to retrieve the other half of my order. It’s not like I grabbed half of my order in a haste. They literally forgot it and apologized when I got back. I told them they really need to tighten up on service if they insist on tightening up the prices each time. So I left again, pissed off that they wasted more of my time, and googled other bagel shops because I wanted some good cream cheese at a FAIR price to go along with my bagels. I found the Bagel Hole down the street a couple of miles away (never been there but is now going to be my new spot and even has a better google rating) to get the same 1 lb of house made cream cheese for $7.49 that was $11.98 at BB’s bagels. They were friendly and welcoming despite me not ordering any bagels from them, the complete opposite of BB’s customer service. Of course when I finally got home and opened the 2 bags of bagels, BB’s screwed up and even gave me the WRONG bagels. Shocked? Nope, just another reason why they will lose yet another customer and probably just think I’M the problem. I see I’m far from the only one with this type of experience. I called to let them know about it and they said they could give me a free bagel on my visit. Gee, thanks! A free bagel will fix it all! The only thing that will fix this place is new management. I am done giving this place another chance like I’ve done for the past couple of years until that change is...

Let me start by saying that for about 15 years I have been a very loyal customer of yours, about a once a month making about a $100 purchase of bagels on a Sunday morning, and apx a two time a month lunch patron.

That changed on Friday of this week when a coworker of mine were in for lunch for the second time in less then two weeks. The waitress that took our order was more then busy taking orders, and made a couple of mistakes on ours. The first thing that happened was she delivered us the wrong order, very similar to another that she had taken, with the exception of an order of onion rings rather then fries. We watched as she made excuses to that couple sitting close to us.

When we called it to her attention after she ran off to service others, she said that I had not order fries and that I was eating the order that was sent for my coworker. She ran off to get him an order of fries that we are still waiting for.

She told us when we questioned her again that I ate the order of fries that were meant for my coworker and we were not charged for them. However when she brought the bills they were still on the bill, and that we were wrong.

In no uncertain terms I told her she had to be the most arrogant waitress I had ever had serve me, and at my age that’s a lot.

Her reward for the less the professional service was no tip on my $37.00 bill, which I sure that would have been shared with others.

My other comment, that has nothing to do with her is that I think your policy of charging $.95 per order for using a charge cards is absolutely insulting in a time when no one Carrie’s cash. Apx a 5% charge is absolutely insulting when you pay less then 2% and get your money the next. If you need to cover your costs raise your price the 2% and don’t insult anyone.

They that I have calmed a little and vented, I’m not sure if I will frequent your restaurant again, at least certainly not for dine in, to be treated that way again.

Hopefully this review tells you something about one of...

Been here twice. The first time, my bagel was HUGE and had lots of cream cheese, albeit it wasn't toasted after I asked them to. Price? $6.00. Pricey, but the bagel was huge and the cream cheese portion was amazing.

Today, I ordered a pumpernickel bagel, toasted, with veggie cream cheese. Price? $5.00, with the difference being that the bagel was smaller than before (and pumpernickel tends to be smaller) and there was hardly any cream cheese on it. With paying more than $5.00 for a bagel, there needs to be a substantial portion of cream cheese. Just sayin'. See the photo below for reference. I stopped going to Bagel Boys in Alpharetta for this same reason even after having spoken with their owner about it and the problem persisted (that and their employees would eat either at the front counter in plain sight of the customer or on a prep table that is visible from the register). The bagel from B&B was also not toasted again, which may be actually because they have their toaster set to a low temp.

B&B has an excellent selection of bagels, but they are expensive compared to other places around (and I don't want to compare them with Panera Bread or Atlanta Bread, really, albeit both charge HALF as much for the same thing). From a service perspective, they seem pretty nice and serve at the to-go counter...

Visited: October 2025 I’ve visited BB’s Bagels (Bronx Bagels) many times over the years, and I was excited to see them reopen after the fire. Unfortunately, the new location feels like a step backward in both atmosphere and quality. The old diner style spot off Exit 12 had charm, even if parking was rough. The new one sits deep inside an office park, easy parking, yes, but no character. There’s no dine in area at all... no tables or outdoor seating... just a small waiting area and a side coffee counter. Service was minimal and the wait was long (about 20 to 25 minutes). You place your order, stand around until your name’s called, and that’s it. I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese on a cheddar bagel, and my wife got an everything bagel with egg salad. Both were extremely chewy and hard to bite, so much that they were hard to eat. The bagels weren’t stale, justvery chewy. By the time I finished half, my jaw was tired. My wife couldn’t even finish half of hers. For two sandwiches and two plain bagels, the total was about $37 after 20% tip, which feels high for a grab and go spot with no service. I know BB’s has a strong following, but personally, I think the quality has dropped. Hopefully, they find their groove again, but for now, I can’t say these were the “best bagels in Georgia.”
