Big Mama Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Contiguous United States

I'm at training and wanted something different than what was at the defac on post, after placing a big order for myself and several other soldiers and waiting 2 hours for the food to even get here, it was safe to say that the wait was not worth it at all. 10 out of 12 people were dissatisfied with there order. I ordered lemon pepper wings and got plain wings that had absolutely no flavor, several other soldiers ordered the orange chicken and it was terrible. This was my first and last time I will ever place a order there. I called back to express my dissatisfaction about the lemon pepper wings and when I told her that the wings were plain she told me that the wings had lemon pepper on them like I was calling back lying. My overall experience was not good for my first time trying them out. This is my review I hope others have a better experience because I didn't. P.S. a place with the name big mama, you would think everything in there was absolutely delicious but they were not. If I could give them 0 stars I would but unfortunately I can not so they get a whooping 1 star that is truly not deserved. THIS JUST IN....... So after my phone conversation with the manager it was discussed that they would bring me fresh lemon pepper wings out here that actually had some flavor to it, but after waiting another hour and me thinking I was about to get some fresh wings why does the deliver driver show up with a small container of lemon pepper dry rub for me to flavor my own wings, that I threw away a hour ago. You got to be kidding me, and I'm not making this up. After almost $150 order and a phone conversation with the manager I got back lemon pepper dry rub. I originally would have given them a 0 star but after this their at -5 stars. WORST RESTAURANT...

On the night of seventh (7th) of April, I contacted Big Mama and made an order for fifty (50) BBQ wings, two (2) orders of fried wontons, one (1) order of wonton soup and one (1) order of Jalapeño beef. The order took as long as expected which was fine but when the driver got here I received the wrong order. By the time I realized, the driver was gone so I attempted to call Big Mama but they had closed by that time. I called the next day on the eighth (8th) and explained what happened with the order and asked for either a refund or the missing wings. After being on the phone for approximately twenty (20) minutes, most of the time on hold, the woman I was speaking with told me that she had sent me BBQ ribs, which I hadn't ordered at all and explained that I hadn't, and said that I had "received" what I had ordered and would not be getting the wings...

Revising my 4 star review to a one star. This place started out good several years ago by providing a much-needed different kind of food to a small community. You used to be able to get a daily special with a fair amount of rice and two decently sized sides with two wings or one small egg roll all for about $6. As time went on they slowly increased the price, all the way to about $7.50, but portions sort of remained the same. Here just recently, the daily special is now rice, one egg roll or two wings, but just one side and is over $8. To hell with that. I won't be eating there anymore and I would encourage people in town not to go, either. Whomever owns it is getting money hungry and is cutting back on food....
