Absolutely incredible food truck! If you’re craving authentic Indian street food, this is the place to be.. & the best was you can see Rainier from that place too. Every bite took me straight back to India. Also it was lovely taking with Malhar specially in Gujarati Really very warn humble & hardworking person.

The vada pav is hands down the best I’ve had outside Mumbai—crispy, spicy, and full of flavor, just the way it should be. The usal pav was perfectly cooked, with that comforting, homestyle taste that reminded me of my childhood. And don’t even get me started on the dabeli—soft pav, delicious masala, crunchy peanuts…it was pure nostalgia.

You can tell they put so much love and care into every dish. This food truck doesn’t just serve food—it brings back memories of home. If you’re missing India, you have to try it. Highly...

If you’re craving real Indian street food, Bun N Beyond is the place to be! I recently visited their food truck near Redmond and was absolutely blown away. Their Vada Pav instantly transported me back to the streets of Mumbai — crispy, flavorful, and perfectly spiced. The chutneys were fresh, the pav was soft, and the vada had that authentic homemade feel.

The quality and taste were top-notch, and you can tell everything is made with care. The menu has a great variety of options, and it’s clear they’ve nailed the street food vibe. On top of that, the service was friendly and quick.

Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a true Indian street food experience in the Seattle area. Will definitely be...

If you’re craving authentic Maharashtrian street food in Redmond, Bun n Beyond is the spot! The Vada Pav was the star – soft bun, crispy patty, and the perfect kick of spice that reminded me of Mumbai flavors. The Tawa Pulao was flavorful and balanced, especially with the creamy curd on the side. We also tried the gulab jamun, which was soft, warm, and soaked in syrup – absolutely delicious! The lassi was thick and refreshing, a perfect way to finish the meal.

The service was quick, portions generous, and everything tasted freshly made. It honestly felt like a little slice of India right here in the PNW. Highly recommend stopping by if you love bold,...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stopped by Bun N Beyond and absolutely loved the experience! I tried both the Classic Vada Pav and the Schezwan Vada Pav, and they were equally amazing — just like back home in India. The best part? They serve it the authentic way with a fresh green chili on the side, which made it feel so nostalgic. To top it off, the Mango Lassi was perfectly refreshing and the Masala Chai hit the spot — warm, flavorful, and comforting. If you’re craving authentic Indian street food with the right flavors and vibe, this place is a gem on the Redmond/Kirkland border. Highly recommended!
