I had a hot caramel latte and an omelet and my date had an iced vanilla latte and the fried apple fritter. Everything was amazing. Beyond our expectations.
The coffee was so rich, smooth and the best we've ever had. It definitely woke us up after our long drives (two seperate cars/trips) just to come here. It was very much worth the drive. And as dumb as it may sound, it was very much made professionally. To perfection. (They really could charge more for it.)
The fried apple fritter was delicious and was a big hit. It was a last minute surprise to have the choice of the newly added menu item. (Limited time maybe? So try it out soon.)
And so was the omelet. As simple as I could make one at home, this one was perfect. Bacon and all of the veggies on it.
The atmosphere was very comfortable. I wanted to (but didn't) sip on my coffee/latte on the porch it was so cozy.
Location wise, it's down the road from a beautiful park if you ever want two to take your coffee or food to go (for a walk or picnic).

Read moreI had seen this place advertised for some time and finally was able to stop in for coffee and breakfast/brunch. I didn’t expect to walk in to such a warm and welcoming environment. The cafe itself is very cute and cozy, but the staff/owners are so welcoming and friendly. Definitely that small town local feel. They’re so kind. I asked if they could make a cafe mocha (not on the menu technically) and they did. It was delicious! I also ordered a breakfast sandwich on a bagel, absolutely delicious. I’ve never been to a coffee shop with nicer staff, and I’ve been to a lot. When they saw my car park and that my hands were full with a baby, they came and held the door open. Kind, genuine people! Please don’t skip out on this place! It’s a true gem that I hope Roane county realizes and keeps around for many years to come! I’ll be...
Read moreI came in this morning with my daughter and found the service to be exceptionally hospitable. Everyone was so friendly one would think they knew us. We just moved here and haven't had the chance to get groceries, so I was glad to find a place in this small town that served both real homestyle breakfast and decent coffee. The only negative thing I could say was that the dining area wasn't very lounge worthy. I had intended on staying and eating, but the setting was too intimate and I didn't feel comfortable dining so closely and openly amongst strangers. Overall though it's an adorable little shop with delicious coffee and food, and a very...
