Guatemex Restaurant — Restaurant in Contiguous United States

Totally unexpected surprise. It was Thanksgiving 2021 and we drove by Indiantown. It was the only place open but we could tell they were trying to close. So they were kind enough to serve us anyway; I said we would gladly take it to go since we could tell they wanted to go home to their families. Right behind us a family of eight asked if they could eat in since they came from far away. The server then asked us to stay since they were staying open anyway. It shows how kind the staff is.

The service was wonderful and every staff member had a smile in spite of the unexpected overtime. The food was actually very good and right for the price, we were not expecting gourmet cuisine but were very happy with the quality and presentation.

I highly recommend this place because I feel that good customer service is as important as good food. We felt welcomed, never hurried and they smiled when I mentioned how much we enjoyed ourselves. They seem to take pride in the good work they do. The prices are very fair and the place...

It has been a while I went to Indiantown, and when I did I would usually stop at this restaurant because their food was good unfortunately I have to say this time I went it was bad!!! Chips were stale we asked for fresh they reheated the ones they took back. I asked for menudo the soup was pale and beef feet was still full of hair of the animal 🫢. Waitress was really rude and not just at my table but also at another table. This is last time I eat there. Also my mom ordered chicken soup her veggies were not fully cooked. The only person that seemed nice was the owner but he needs to supervise more his employees...

This place has great tasty food, but never go during your lunch hour. It’s always full but the worse part is they only have one waitress for the entire restaurant during lunch hr. You wait 15 min to be acknowledged your even their, then you get a menu, and wait another 20 minutes for your order to get taken, then 15 min later your lucky to get your food, and by then your 1 hr lunch is over and your late going back to wrk. Not recommended to no one to go during your lunch hr between 12-1. The waitress seems like she’s always in a bad mood. It’s too much for one person to wait on sooo...
