What an amazing winery. We had a scheduled tasting and the owner was very polite and welcoming. This is one of the far best experiences of tasting wine. The charcuterie board was excellent and had various cheeses, meats and nuts. The wines itself were exceptional especially the Syrah and matador house made champagne. The white blend was also very good and tasty. We had a lovely experience and the owner was able to explain the different methods of producing the wine, the various taste profiles and overall was very polite and engaging. We appreciate that he took time out of his schedule to talk to us, get to know us and introduce the various wines that he produces. I wish we were closer since we are in Los angeles.
