McDonald's — Restaurant in Contiguous United States

Disappointing experience on Sunday! We stopped for drinks - ice tea and a pop. Ordered and paid via the kiosk. Waited almost 10 minutes for our drinks. When we asked about them, the drinks were sitting in the waiting area in the back! The young man working the cash register acted very unprofessional and was rude when we asked about our drinks, would not even check on it and blew us off. He sang and danced around in the cash register area, and made comments about the flies in the restaurant to a person eating their food out in the dining room. He was not helpful to anyone! The person who did give us our drinks was kind and apologetic. The restaurant was dirty and messy. This establishment was an absolute delight. The food was exquisite, containing fresh organic chicken and potatoes. The food may have actually cured my intestines. As of the service, I met my husband there. I was astounded by his generosity and feel to put his needs first and couldn't help but fall in love. I would do it all again. I am actually no longer allowed to go to Mcdonald's because my husband is threatened by the other employees because they had been trained just the same as him. Finally, the atmosphere. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese mc griddlecombo. Waited for my order only to have the guy who ordered after me walk up and grab it and leave when it came to the counter. The server put my order through again and waited about ten more minutes and received the wrong order. Waited about another 10 minutes for my order. While waiting I noticed one of the staff members put her order in at the till and then proceeded to come out to the waiting line for her order which is fine except she got her order before the to other gentleman who ordered before she did. .
