my family and i were traveling for the holidays, being that it was late night traveling, we just decided to stop off on the neearest exit which was Grantsville MD., once we were inside the restaurant we proceeded to go to the restrooms which were clean on my visit there, also the restaurant was clean as they were getting reaady to close, everyone appeared to friendly, as I only had interaction with the cashier. tranaction went well, everything was good except my burger inside my sandwich was broken up, so I had my husband to have them make it over, they kindly obliged, however hours later my whole family was sick, throwing up, major migraine type headache, especially me , just a sick feeling that I've never felt before, my family and i were food poisoned, I'm still sick as I type. I would be careful going through there, because everything that that glitters is not gold,. so that's why I'm rating this Mcdonalds only one...
Read moreive visited the keyser ridge location many times.... but this is the first time i have left completely unsatisfied and frustrated.....
i understand the covid precautions... i understand when locations run out of items....
but i wanted a large drink... was told they were out of lids.... so i settled for a medium size.... i ate my lunch outside on a picnic bench....
i went back in for a refill.... while i was in line i heard the manager on duty say we dont offer refills.... which is odd because i was just there a few nights before and received a refill.... then i ordered an ice cream cone... and when i the staff handed me the cone.... i was shocked... i have seen bigger "baby" cones at other ice cream places....
i am sure this was just a fluke incident... and i will dine there again... but someone should know how some managers are running this...
