Horrible Customer Service!! I had the back room reserved for a party when booked they wrote my name down on the calendar for Monday the 26th. I sent out invitations to the party! Someone messaged me and confirmed the date with me because they thought they were closed on Mondays. I called this morning to confirm my reservation and the girl that answered the phone stated yes party for Emily on the 26th? I said yes and explained I was just confirming because someone questioned the invitation I sent out. The girl stated oh we are closed on Mondays let me speak with my manager. This has been one of my favorite places to eat since I was a child. So much has changed here. As we drove up I thought the place was closed but it was open with 2 cars in the parking lot. 3 booths had people in them. It was so quiet you could hear people saying they have never seen it this dead. Food was cold, my daughter had a hair in her grilled cheese. My mom ate half of her sandwich and said she was done. One thing I noticed was they have had the same waitresses for a long long time and I haven't seen them in awhile and other people have noticed the same thing. Something has to change. Got this for lunch today as a to go order, I got charged a $0.25 charge for it being to go. They tied the bag more times than I can count that you had to rip the bag open. The hush puppies used to be my favorite part and they were gross, I also go yellow slaw and was gross as well, the bbq was dry. The sauces aren’t the same as well. They also tell you tax is included on the meal price on the ticket then charge you tax again and now they charge you a credit card fee on top of that.
