No photos, wasn't on the table long enough to get any ๐ Had the patty melt with the onion sticks, sweet tea (but not TOO sweet, just right), and a few sips of lemonade, just to try it out. All four items were made with care, love, and the right amount of salt, grease and/or sugar. The workers were soft spoken and pleasant, the patrons a little rowdy, but warm enough to feel like home ๐ Price was as good as you can get it. Portions were JUST right. I'm a big guy, and I am full, but not stuffed... not the easiest task.
If you live around here, you already know about this place. If you don't, you do now so... no excuses. This is a great stop for anyone on the road, looking for a good meal, that doubles as a sleep aid .... I'm going to...
ย ย ย Read moreIt saddens me to leave this review. Pj's has been one of my favorite little joints for many many years. It's been every time I go for the last 4 or 5 times so I know it's not coincidence. Please clean whatever it is that's making me sick, and have the people taking and preparing orders go thru a little training on making sure they get it right. ย ย ย Read moreI have eaten in restaurants in 57 countries and all 50 states. I have eaten in restaurants from the greasiest Greasy Spoons to 5 Star Michelin restaurants. I must say, this "restaurant" has the worst food of any place I have ever eaten, including the awful C-rations in Vietnam. That's right. Those 20 year old canned C-rats tasted better than the muck they sell at the "Diner." Those who give it a positive review must be country bumpkins, not knowing what decent food tastes like. The Country Cafe up on the hill has much better food (try their chicken fried steak). Even the catfish at the Exxon service station is better than the muck they sell at...
