I have two reviews for this Popeyes. I had lunch there the other day at exactly noon. I walked in and the manager was doing paperwork at the counter. She looked up and greeted me, which was really nice, then had someone come help me. I was in and out in less than five minutes. She has that place running like a well-oiled machine. The chicken was the best chicken I've had from Popeyes since the 1980's. The crust was so so light and crispy and flaky. It was delicious. Great service and great food. The unfortunate part is the experience I had tonight. We got there at about 8:25. It was closed, but there were still people inside eating and a customer at the door talking a cashier. The cashier was refusing to fix the woman's order. She'd paid $50 for her food and had been given small sizes instead of the large. They refused to fix her order saying They were closed. I told the young girl it was bad business and she should fix her order, but she still refused. The last I saw the manager had come to the door. I hope she fixed the woman's order because I'd hate to imagine her losing a customer. She's running a great business and outside of this event is a model for...

I called on Wednesday, December 6, 2023 about employment opportunities.She very vaguely and rudely stated that the applications were on indeed, I have been looking for weeks and I confirmed to her that they are not. She then stated that she has nothing to do with the hiring process and the district manager handles “ all of that “ in her own words . I asked her when I can call back and speak with him, and she then stated that she could not give me his phone number when I had not requested his phone number simply a time that I can call and speak with him. She then rudely told me that he is never working in the stores and that I should complete my application on indeed, when there aren’t any to be completed on indeed. She then argued with me about where to apply and eventually hung up in my face stating that she“stuff to do and no time to deal with this”…. I have reached out to the corporate office and I look forward to hearing their response to this unruly behavior from their management .

   Read moreI went into the drive thru and placed my order. Traffic was heavy, so I decided to pull into a parking place and eat a little bit and let traffic die down. I open the bag to only find the side item with no chicken. I went into the store, and it appeared to be the manager. maybe or assistant manager at the desk. I explained what happened and she asked me where the sandwich was, I explained that I ordered fried chicken and not a sandwich, It should have been the three piece meal. She was very adamant that I ordered a sandwich. It was finally resolved, but there was much too much drama over the wrong meal, and I had my receipt. I will try it one more time, but if I have a similar experience or my food is wrong, I will be done and not try again. I rarely eat fried chicken and it was very frustrating when the order was wrong.
