Safari Camp Grill — Restaurant in Bulverde

Ordered a kids burger with tater tots. Burger came out with fries so I told them about the mistake and they said they couldn’t swap out the fries with tater tots but I could buy an extra side of tots for $5. The cost on a portion of tater tots can’t be more than $1. I can’t imagine what policy they have that would not allow them to correct a mistake they made.
