While the quality of Dunkin' products usually hits the spot, the customer service at this particular location was a bitter disappointment. The lady at the window displayed a glaring lack of courtesy and professionalism. When addressing an omission in the order, her response was not only dismissive but bordered on outright rudeness. When confronted about her tone, instead of attempting to rectify the situation, she opted to escalate it by openly questioning the customer's sanity. Furthermore, attempting to charge for a basic necessity like tap water after such an unpleasant exchange was the icing on the bitter cake. This experience left a sour taste, and it's clear that some serious retraining in the realm of customer relations is desperately needed at this...

My constructive criticism, after being in food service industry for 30 years.....Not enough help, closed their counter service randomly, because it's easier to deal with people through the drive-thru than looking at them standing there in front of you @ the counter....management needs training here themselves. Knowing the ethics & responsibilities of a position, being on time & on site would greatly help during operations. There are some real issue @ this location for a (MAJOR SUMMER TOURIST TIME)... Upper management, you all need to step up, your policies needs major improvement or enforced here. Be actively supportive to the under management & staffing!...

All I’m going to say I waited in drive-through for my order 30 seconds wow that was fast and the coffee was great too. the whole thing from the top to the bottom didn’t get it watered down either amazing. came by last Thursday and the same results amazing. and I travel from Massachusetts. I don’t know if it’s just me when I go there, but they serve me very well. To other customers. being patient is a very healthy factor in life you have something wrong with your order. Be polite, and let them know. The employees are not machines we all make mistakes and have hard days. It is up to us, polite people to understand and have some patience. dunkin loves and Jesus...
