If I could give this place zero stars I would. First time in my life I walked out of a restaurant (without any food). My husband and I ordered an appetizer, a steak salad, and a steak dinner. We waited for over an hour for them to bring out the steak dinner. It was cold and didn’t look very appetizing. They said my steak salad was still going to be a while since they made a chicken salad by mistake. I never got my appetizer. We told the waitress sorry and that we weren’t going to pay for the steak dinner, gave it back and told her don’t worry about the steak salad and appetizer. We walked out and went to another restaurant. Prior to receiving the awful steak dinner we waited 30 minutes for a pre made side salad that was a side to the steak dinner. My husband said he didn’t want peppers in the side salad when ordering but when the waitress brought out the side salad she said sorry the salads are pre made and they come with peppers. How do you wait 30 minutes for a small pre made side salad??? The service was absolutely horrendous and it wasn’t busy. There were other people in the dining room complaining as well....

Very disappointed 😞 I wanted and ordered a margarita pizza. The pizza I got was a white pizza.. white garlic sauce and tomato slices and no basil. And it was okay to say the least. The rest of my food was okay not great. I called to speak with a manager and I was told by Nicole the bartender that she was as close to it as I would get...ok.. I then explained I got a white pizza instead of a margarita and she stated that there margarita comes default with white sauce garlic and tomatoes 😄... and claims that is listed on there menu... it is not... it dose say garlic or red sauce in small print but i was never asked witch one I would like... and no where dose it say garlic sauce default...and then got accused of trying to get a free meal 😄 🤣... no I want you to know that I'm not happy and maybe get a chance to clarify my order and make it right. I've been pondering on giving a review but feel it's necessary. Friday, 9/24, we decided to order wings. When my TEENAGE daughter called to tell me the price ($70) I was shocked for 3 orders. I called the restaurant to confirm and the bartender (female) was nasty from the beginning. Once she checked to see that they hadn't been 'dropped', I asked for a refund. She literally hung up on me. My daughter had to go in because the card was hers. The bartender was extremely nasty to her - a child - and told her to never order from there again, we weren't welcome there and to find somewhere else to get cheap wings. Whoever she was, doesn't realize we ARE there often but we for sure will never step foot in that establishment again. To have such rude personnel is a shame. She definitely shouldn't be the one representing a customer oriented establishment. Maybe she forgets that without PEOPLE, she doesn't...
