Jackson's Bar & Grille — Restaurant in Cooper Township

Went to your website. It eludes to your business being "fine dining". I showed up with 2 friends. We sat outside on the patio. We were the only people outside. The extremely rude waitress asked my friend for her ID to eat. Because she did not have one we were told we had to leave. We asked if we could get wings to go. And we were told we'd have to pay full price and not get the special of the day price, and that my friend wouod have to wait outside. I decided we would leave. And im glad we did. We went to Cooneys. Not very far away. Their wings were awesome. Bigger. Cheaper. And the service was awesome. They even gave me 6 free boneless...

Website is false advertising. There is no crab legs, even on the so called Friday night seafood which only had fried fish and Mac and cheese. Went to order drinks, was told no yeingling lager on draft or bottle, yet their menu board of the special of the day advertised Yeingling. Asked Waitress about dark beers they offer, her response was, "I don't know anything about beer, I'll have to check"...ummm..why are you working in a bar and grill and clearly have no knowledge of what your serving. Ordered wings, mild. Came covered in red pepper sloppily dumped on it was inedible. Do not go here, unless you want overpriced bud light type beer...

Every experience at Jackson's for me has been top notch. From burgers to salads, each one is home cooked goodness. The wings are the best in Central PA., especially with all the unique flavors of wing sauce to choose from. Now for the armosphere, which is as important as the food itself. During warm days have your meal and some cocktails on the outdoor patio named the "Beirgarten". There are always drinks specials or kick back and enjoy one of their daily cool breezy slushies or one of their many craft beers. Good Food, Great People.
