I'm a regular customer at Dunkin Donuts so I'm used to ordering and I always order the same thing wherever I go. I order an iced coffee with extra cream and extra sugar with hazelnut swirl. Anyway when I get my drink the color is darker than I usually get it (considering that I order extra cream) I drink it and it is very bland. I let the man (he has to be a manager of some sort because he was older and not wearing the regular clothes) know that I requested extra sugar and that my drink was not sweet. He very rudely asked me what I wanted him to do and said there were sugar packets behind me. I didn't want to add sugar packets because my drink was iced and everyone knows sugar has a hard time dissolving in cold liquids so it wouldn't have done anything. I have never gotten a reaction like that at any other DD store. The very few times I have been unsatisfied with my drink the employee happily remade the drink for me. I politely asked him to remake it and he took my drink and put God knows what into it before returning it to me without another word. I took a chance at another sip and was met with a mouthful of undissolved sugar and bland coffee. I was very disappointed at this store and discarded the drink instead of wasting another moment. I shouldn't have to teach this man how to treat customers. I usually don't write reviews but I'm just used to a different level of service from DD and this store did...
Read moreI’ve been going to this Dunkin’ spot for years now, ever since it popped up by my house. It’s become part of my routine, It' hard to miss when it’s right there staring at me every morning. It is the reason why I put on some weight 🍩 lol... The parking situation is fine; I can generally find a spot easy. Inside, it’s usually pretty tidy, which it should be right? The food’s solid too—nothing fancy, but my donut or breakfast sandwich always tastes exactly how I expect it to, and that consistency is on point.
The mobile order app... Love it... game-changer. I’ll put my order in 5-7 minutes away, and by the time I roll up, it’s ready to grab.
Now, it’s not all perfect, which is why I’m taking a star 4 out of 5. The employees… well, let’s just say some of them could use a little pep in their step. I get it - working food service isn’t exactly a dream job - but a quick “hey, how’s it going?” or a “thanks, see ya” wouldn’t kill anyone. Heck, even a smile every now and then would do wonders. Smiles are free, and they’re contagious - I’d probably leave in an even better mood if they tossed one my way.
All in all, it’s a solid spot. Not flawless, but it gets the job done and keeps me caffeinated, so I’ll keep stopping by.

Not only is your food, coffee and prices are far superior than any other coffee shop in existence but your customer service has always been superbe. Today I experienced customer service like I never have in my life to employees by the name of Luis G and Nina Lopez almost to a point that I was in tears. I was so grateful and happy for what day did for me and my son who just celebrated his 1st birthday. There's nice people and then there's genuine people. this you employees far surpass any inclination that I thought a family member let along an employee to do this way. So much so I had to take my personal time and go and give them the accolades they deserve. The words that I putting here won't even begin to scratch the surface to be genuinely good people they are. it's because of these reasons I will never shop at any other establishment.
