I don't leave this review lightly. We have came on multiple days trying to see if we would get a different outcome, but we didn't. These are the trips. First trip: the lady that took my husband's order, was on the cell phone, and then would not speak loud enough to be heard and also acted like she couldn't hear. The lady also kept the lids to the cooling area up so you could not see what she was putting in the salad. She put some incorrect items on the salads as well. Didn't even offer to chop it up like Subway does. Second trip: The lady that took the order kept the lid up as well so you couldn't see what was being put on the salad. She also didn't put the main type of salad we ordered (tuna) on the salad and then started to put the wrong ingredients on the salad. I am recovering from surgery and was not able to go inside so I do not know if it was the same lady or if it was different but either way, this Subway has not been as good as they used to be.
